When a modern material offers better performance for a particular application, we use the best technology available. Examples include work boots that must withstand industrial chemicals, or where a non-slip tread is critical |
| What if my leather boots crack? |
Our careful quality control overcomes this other than in a few isolated cases. Mostly, poor customer maintenance is the reason, like drying over heat, failing to clean and nourish the leather regularly. |
| What is your performance guarantee? |
Any product suspected of having a manufacturing defect should be returned to us for inspection. If the fault is ours, the product will be replaced free of charge. |

Yes, Baxter are one of Australia's oldest bootmakers and many of our staff at our Goulburn factory are second or even third generation workers . Of course, we manufacture some products in Asia, when there is intense price competition in a particular category |
